What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact, greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and respond to emails.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized correspondence records.
Maintain office calendars and coordinate appointment scheduling.
Assist with invoicing, receipt processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Perform data entry, organize documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
Monitor office supplies, place orders, and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with donation collection and tracking to support our community initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. Must be very versed with technology, Google docs, Google sheets, creating calendars and digital announcements.
Must be punctual.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
